Created by our team of psychologists, once your need has been identified through consultation, and goals set, you will be guided through one of our online courses. You will also have access to our library of additional resources, and helped to keep on track with 18 points of contact with your dedicated therapist.
Guided Self-help – For Individuals
The Guided Self-help service is affordable and includes the initial consultation and 18 telephone, MS Teams, or text conversations, plus access to our silver level membership for the duration of the therapy, with our compliments.
