Neurodiversity Awareness Training - YPS Psychology Ltd

Neurodiversity Awareness Training

‘1 in 7 people in the UK are neurodiverse’

Let us help make your organisation attract, recruit, and keep talented individuals who think differently.

Our live training events enable business owners, employers, and other employees to understand and accommodate their colleagues’ differences, so that everyone, regardless of strengths and needs, can succeed in the workplace.

‘Neurodiversity courses need to be simple, jargon free, and lead to changes in understanding, and action.’

We aim to banish the confusion around terminology, raise awareness about the different neurodiverse types, dispel the myths, and support businesses in the hiring and retention of neurodiverse talent.

Tap into our expertise and learn key terms and inclusive language. This will help your neurodiverse staff feel part of the team, and valued as individuals with unique strengths and weaknesses, just like neurotypical staff.

Hire people with confidence using our handy neurodiversity/inclusion checklist for interview candidates.

Banish your staff’s fears of working with people with neurodiverse needs, including, Autism, ADHD, and dyslexia.

Learn from the professionals whose bread and butter over the past 25 years has come from assessing people’s neurodiverse needs and giving specialist advice on ways to help neurodivergent individuals manage their work.

Why hire neurodivergent individuals?

Difference leads to growth, and minds that naturally ‘think outside the box’ attract new customers.  Through their innovative ideas and systematic ways of working, your neurodivergent staff can simplify everyday functions and processes in the workplace that benefit all.
