White board to-do screen
Changing your mind and flitting between tasks is a regular occurrence if you have ADHD. Making lists, then changing lists, or the order in which you do things can lead to messy pages and confusion.
Our white board to–do screen is perfect for this problem. Simply add your tasks and easily wipe out and re-order. It’s small and therefore won’t take much space up on your desk or cupboard top.
Attention Survival Guide

Pomodoro timer
Working solidly on a job that is tedious or complex can be mentally exhausting. The Pomodoro-based timer is great for this and is included in your ADHD Brain Box.
The Pomodoro Technique commits you to 25 minutes of focused work, giving you the push to start the task, be laser-focused on it, and not get burnt out. Every 25 minutes, you get a 5-minute break, and after the fourth cycle, you can enjoy a longer break.
It’s a great little technique to combat daydreaming or going off on a tangent in your work. So if you want to be more focused and productive, this is a great little gadget.
Mini Desk Chalk Boards
