Psychologist-Led ADHD Support You Can Trust

Practical, evidence-informed support to help adults understand ADHD and manage everyday life.

A Personal Welcome

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about YPS Psychology.

I founded YPS Psychology to provide professional, psychologist-led support that is practical, approachable and grounded in evidence.

Our work helps adults understand ADHD and other difficulties that can affect everyday life, alongside specialist psychological and assessment services for students, schools and workplaces.

Our aim is simple: to help people understand what is happening, find practical ways forward and access the right support for their needs.

We’re glad you’re here.
